Luka is a property management application that allows users to:

• Manage rental properties and rooms
• Create and track leases
• Generate and manage invoices
• Maintain tenant records
• Collaborate with team members

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sono Finance and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sono Finance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
