How do I get started?
Download Luka from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and add your first property. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through the setup.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Luka is free for up to 2 properties and 5 rooms. You can upgrade to Pro or Team plans for more features.
Can I invite team members?
Team collaboration is available on the Team plan. You can invite team members with different roles (Admin, Manager, Viewer) and assign them to specific properties.
How does invoicing work?
Luka can automatically generate invoices based on your lease terms. You can add utility readings, track payments, and send reminders to tenants.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Luka uses Firebase with enterprise-grade security. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export invoices, contracts, and reports as PDF files.
